L12 Short-Term Rental Apartment

Hotel comfort with the feeling of home – this is how one of the many implemented short-term rental apartments could be described. Having worked on many apartments of this type for years, the practical design details have been tailored to excellence, creating a maximally functional interior for comfort and a good experience while staying here. On the other hand, our client’s benefit is positive feedback from guests, which promotes business.

The apartment is located in the centre of Riga downtown, on the 1rd floor of a historic building, which is a fully restored and protected by UNESCO architectural monument of the 19th century. Built in 1895, the building was an inn of the church of Alexander Nevsky, which is still located on the other side of the street, and now there are modern guest apartments with terraces.

The goal was to leave all the well-preserved interior wooden structures as evidence of history and time. The wooden plank ceiling enriches the interior with texture, and the massive wooden entrance door, a real work of art, decorates the dining room interior. All this is complemented by the design of bespoke wooden furniture. Sustainability is key in such projects. Paying special attention to durable and easy-to-maintain materials and surfaces, but not forgetting about outstanding accents in design details.

The apartment has a special atmosphere created by the place itself, with its unique features such as the floor plan and historical design elements, as well as absolute privacy in a 200 sqm area with entrance from the main street and courtyard.
